Pintail Point Assessemts

For clarification, each Pintail homeowner pays three assessments:
(1) Tipton Lakes Community Association Assessment administered by Tipton Lakes Community Association. This is an assessment for general maintenance and replacements of Tipton Lakes Community Association property.
(2) Pintail Cluster Common Areas Assessment administered by the Tipton Lakes Community Association. This assessment is for maintenance of our Cluster Common Areas and the berm along Tipton Lakes Blvd. The Cluster Common Areas are defined as Block A (the island), and one-half of the entrance island including the Pintail sign.
(3) Pintail Cluster Owners Assessment administered by our Cluster Committee separate and apart from the Tipton Lakes Community Association. This assessment is primarily for the landscape maintenance of our individual lots. Landscape maintenance includes "mowing, fertilization, weed control and such other services that the members of the Cluster shall agree.”
